– Know Your Rights as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlkkk ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses or uses the services available at jlkkk.best. By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on jlkkk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using jlkkk. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

To register and play on jlkkk, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. jlkkk strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify the laws applicable in your location before using jlkkk.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of jlkkk or any of its partner companies or game providers.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by jlkkk or any affiliated platform.
• You must be registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any business, group, or syndicate.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on jlkkk. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. jlkkk uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be closed with all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals cancelled.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlkkk login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. jlkkk will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity conducted from your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jlkkk is required to verify player identities under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be requested to provide any of the following documents: government-issued photo ID (SSS, PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds.

The minimum deposit on jlkkk is ₱100. All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlkkk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted:

• GCash and Maya (instant)
• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

Deposits from GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jlkkk wallet within 30 seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually processed within one hour. Visa and Mastercard transactions may take up to 15 minutes. jlkkk does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

jlkkk reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at its discretion, including daily, weekly, and monthly caps. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings, which jlkkk encourages strongly.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during regular business operations. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever technically possible, as required under anti-money laundering policy.
• If you have an active bonus balance, any applicable wagering requirement must be fully met before real-money funds linked to that bonus can be withdrawn.
• jlkkk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of security checks or document verification.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day depending on your account tier. VIP players have higher withdrawal thresholds. Contact support for current limit schedules applicable to your account level.

jlkkk offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

The standard wagering requirement for jlkkk bonuses is 20× the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ₱500 bonus, you must wager a total of ₱10,000 across eligible games before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real money. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements — always check the individual promotion page.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Table games in the standard format may contribute 5%–15%. Check the specific bonus terms or contact support for the contribution rate of any game you plan to use to clear a wagering requirement.

Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses expire 30 days after the date they are credited to your account. Expired bonuses are removed from your balance and cannot be reinstated.

Bonus Abuse

jlkkk monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused promotional offers. Abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, deliberately exploiting games with low house edge solely to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk, or coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus terms.

All games on jlkkk are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment, depending on the game type. jlkkk does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jlkkk and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to play games or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a software malfunction are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or jlkkk employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any form of cheat software, card marking, or any other fraudulent device.
• Placing bets to deliberately lose for the purpose of transferring funds to another player's account.

Game Disconnection

In the event of a disconnection during a live game, jlkkk's disconnection policy protects bets that were confirmed prior to disconnection. If a disconnection occurs after a bet is placed and before the round concludes, the result will be recorded as it occurs on the server side and the outcome applied to your account upon reconnection.

jlkkk takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help players maintain control. These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. You can set the following limits at any time:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can add to your account.
• Loss limits — automatic session pauses when your losses over a set period reach your chosen threshold.
• Session time reminders — notifications when you have been logged in for a continuous period you defined.
• Self-exclusion — temporary exclusions (minimum 7 days) or permanent exclusions from the platform.

Increases to deposit limits take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions to limits are applied immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team, and during any exclusion period, jlkkk will make reasonable efforts to prevent access to your account.

jlkkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identification or verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that an account holder is an excluded player or is located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward jlkkk staff or other players.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, jlkkk will hold any funds in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the account is found to be in violation of these Terms, jlkkk reserves the right to confiscate the balance. If the investigation clears the account, funds will be released and the account reinstated or the balance paid out.

If an account is inactive (no login activity) for 12 consecutive months and maintains a positive balance, an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month will be applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

All content on jlkkk — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jlkkk or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from jlkkk without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of publicly visible content for reference purposes is permitted, provided proper attribution to jlkkk is given. Screenshots or recordings of game sessions for personal reference are allowed; publishing them for commercial purposes or to misrepresent jlkkk is not.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlkkk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from the use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, even if jlkkk has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from factors outside jlkkk's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or acts of third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracies in information provided by third-party game providers or data feeds.

jlkkk's total liability to you for any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 30-day period immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlkkk's liability for death or personal injury caused by jlkkk's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jlkkk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of data collected, how they are used, the basis for processing, and your rights as a data subject are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

By registering on jlkkk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer via support@jlkkk.best. If you have a dispute with jlkkk regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should contact our support team at support@jlkkk.best in the first instance. Please include the following in your dispute submission:

• Your registered account username or email address.
• The date and time of the disputed transaction or game round.
• The game name or transaction reference number where applicable.
• A clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.

jlkkk will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence jlkkk operates. The decision of that authority shall be final and binding.

During the dispute resolution process, any funds directly related to the disputed transaction may be temporarily held. jlkkk will not be held liable for any losses arising from the delay in releasing held funds while a genuine dispute is under review.

jlkkk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlkkk will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jlkkk after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to reflect regulatory changes — may be made without prior notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jlkkk's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

The failure of jlkkk to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by jlkkk in writing.
